Vulcan is the spirit of all of the wishes people have made on the moon that haven't come true. He'll try to grant you your wish, but it'll only kinda come to pass, as he gets lazy and stop halfway through. That's why his horns are shaped like the crescent moon: he couldn't even manage to finish that! He's usually grumpy and spends all of his time playing video games, though he never actually beats them. After all, who needs to do a job when you have games to play? Despite all of that, he has a soft side and can be sweet once you get to know him!
